Cleaning cutter trays
In the food industry, besides cutter carts, there are also a lot of other parts to be cleaned, such as crates and tray plates. Apart from such standard systems, there is also the possibility of having different wash goods cleaned in a single washing system.
This system automatically recognizes which items are to be washed and selects the appropriate cleaning program.
Cleaning containers
Because of the very cramped spatial conditions and the very different items to be washed, there were several special requirements for the construction, all of which could be solved. The storage of the cleaning media takes place centrally in a plant. The second plant is also being supplied here. In addition to the automatic interior and exterior cleaning, the containers are additionally dried.
Rotary washer
The washing system automatically cleans buckets, vats and blades made of different materials. Due to the design as a concentric washing system, an “endless operation” is possible. Operation (loading and unloading) can be done by one person only. For larger containers are still separate cleaning station available.
