Today, the requirements for cleaning tasks in the paint and coatings industry are becoming ever more individual and extensive. ReiTec has very innovative and efficient processes for cleaning in production.
In the paint industry, many different containers are required for cleaning. In addition to open neck containers in different dimensions and different containers are to be cleaned. The cleaning can be done inside as well as inside and outside.
Use of a double cleaning station for batch tank and container. Both the preparation container and the containers are automatically fixed in the cleaning station and the different openings are optimally closed with lids on the spray head.
The solvent for cleaning is fed centrally via the high-pressure pump to the ReiTec container cleaner. The cleaning is controlled fully automatically via a PLC in combination with an operator panel on site. The design of the entire system complies with ATEX. The times can be individually adjusted by the operator.
The dissolver can be cleaned fully automatically after each production process. The cleaning facilities are supplied by a high-pressure pump with the necessary solvent for cleaning.
Two ReiTec moving units for the tank cleaners are set up on each tank. The motor drive of the moving units ensures the necessary flexibility.
Each of the two ReiTec container cleaners with cleaning medium is supplied by a special high-pressure pump for solvents. The cleaning medium is stored in two large storage tanks.
The entire control of the system takes place via its own PLC in combination with an operator panel on site. An integration into the customer’s plant control is guaranteed.

Use of a ReiTec cleaning system for solvents according to ATEX of the B+R series. The system is characterized by its versatile use with very compact dimensions and low consumption of solvents. In addition to cleaning buckets and hobbocks or agitators, small parts can also be cleaned at the hand washing station at the same time.
The cleaning medium is circulated through a filter. Control is very user-friendly using a PLC in combination with an operator panel. You can choose between different cleaning programs. The times can be individually adjusted by the operator.
In a chamber washing system adapted to the special customer requirements, paint-soiled machine parts from a rolling mill are cleaned fully automatically.
Use of a ReiTec chamber washer for ATEX solvents. Two feeder cars with corresponding workpiece carriers are used for the different laundry items. This allows the laundry to be transported at the same time in-house.
The ink pans and plant components are cleaned fully automatically in the cleaning chamber by a movable nozzle system.
In order to optimize the cleaning result of the ink rollers, they are automatically rotated during the solvent cleaning in the cleaning chamber. The system is controlled by a PLC in combination with an operator panel and is designed according to ATEX.
